Yellowstone Bear World

So earlier this spring, Yellowstone Bear World advertised that they had ten new baby bear cubs and the public could come see them for FREE for three days! Each bear cub was between five to six pounds.

When we arrived we found out that you could LOOK at a cub from behind the line for free, but if you actually wanted to see it up close and pet it - you had to pay $15 for a picture. Which, was a RIPOFF. Well, we combined "families" and got a $15 picture. The cubs were very cute - but all in all the activity turned out to be not all it was cracked up to be. Oh well, it was an excuse to get out and do something during our dreadful winter, and the bear cubs were fun to see. Not many people get to see a real life baby bear cub!!

One of the BIG girls (or so she thinks)
